Digital BW, The Print

You may be having a file name issue. The file name that is given to the ICC is not the file name it has internally. I had this problem with CS4; the ICC files would be in the correct folder, but CS4 would not display them in the list of available ICCs in the printer set up. 

I found a utility that reads the internal file name from the file. I'm at work, so I can't get you more detailed information right now, but using this I could check the name and then change the actual file name to the internal name. Voila! The ICC shows right up in CS4 after changing then name.
