Hi All

I hope someone can help

I have a 1270 with a MIS CFS installed

I just did a head clean and all the light on the printer cam on 
(flashing)

The only way I can turn the printer off is to unplug it.
I have tried to reset the printer but it won't reset.  All 
communications seem to be lost with the printer.

Any suggestions
