Digital BW, The Print

Jim,
In Photoshop go to "image" then "image size". Make sure 
that "resample image" is not checked. now you can change your image 
size. Notice what changing the image size does to your resolution. 
The bigger the image size, the lower the resolution size and vise 
versa. Hope that helps.
