You would not use that for colored inks but on the clear base + water that is used and only at mixing time. If there is already mold in the ink it is actually to late to sterilise, the dampers will be clogged with dead micro organisms. I did suggest to put older ink bags in an ultra-sonic bath to bring/keep the pigments in suspension.
