Mark, As far as I know exposure to sunlight solves the air (sulphur) contamination of (matte) coated papers. I can imagine a short illuminated revival when the last OBA is burned out by sunlight :-) but after that there is nothing left of the OBA fluorescent effect. You should ask Mark McCormick what kind of chemistry is left in the paper after OBA degradation and whether he can expose his tested samples to sunlight to see what happens. My best guess is that it will not bring back the paper white it had when first printed.
