I Eugene Artemov from Moscow. I am a apprentice of John Cone and Paul Roark on graphite print. I bought the Epson 7900. I bought it for 350 ml cartridges John Kone.
If you install the full set cartridges 7900 printer in the printer shows "no cartridges. Replace the cartridge. "
I'm starting to install cartridges one by one, starting with cyan. Every time I close both the cartridge cover. As a result, the printer receives print cartridges. But when cleaned nozzle or nozzles printing checklist, or just when you load paper, the printer will no longer see the cyan cartridge.
Since I bought two sets of cartridges, I changed the chip on the cartridge cyan for a second.
It did not work. Now I can not print - charging each sheet of paper the printer no longer see the cyan cartridge.
I asked for tech support to John, but they have not answered me.
I bought in Moscow chips from another manufacturer, but it did not help.
If you put one at each cartridge, the printer sees it. But if you put in the left compartment all 6 cartridges, the printer starts to lose them all or cyan.
I can not print! Can you please tell the solution to this problem!
