I opened a support ticket a few days ago asking for the tracking number, but never heard back. This morning I called. A friendly and helpful woman answered the phone. She checked and my order hadn't shipped, although that's what it says on MIS's order page. Something is on back order, either the Eboni or the base, but she didn't know which.
