Micheal's has some Elmer's Foam Board that is repositionable Self-Adhesive.
I've used it for just some around the house stuff.

Then I'd just make sure that they know about and use an appropriate
adhesive. It has been long enough now that most places that do mounting
should know better, but there are specific adhesives made for inkjet prints.
Appropriate being one that doesn't cause yellowing of eth paper and image
because of pH issues.
