I have also recently talked to their rep, and he claims is it available.

Their affiliated retailer, "Photo warehouse" at
http://www.ultrafineonline.com/ will be able to drop ship it from
California if your usual retailer does not have it.  Since their web page
it not the best, a call to 800-922-5484 should work.

Epson Hot Press natural is an excellent paper also, but not really the same
as the Premier Art Smooth BW.

The predecessor of the PA Smooth BW was Brightcube Eclipse.  Photo
Warehouse actually still has some of that old stock available.
