XP 1280 clipped printing

My 1280 printed fine with the 6.0.4 beta update under win98se. I upgraded to
XP for the background printing capability (doesn't tie up pshop) but now,
even with the latest driver from EPSON and Piezo ver 6.0.4 I'm not getting
the last +/- 3/4 inch on an 11x16 print. It's in register, though.
Latest printer driver and Piezography driver, NoMoreCarts CIS, 1280.
Anybody else?
