Digital BW, The Print

My epson 1400 filled with Eboni 6 pre-loader carts had been working fine until I replaced the black cart because it was running low of ink,since the change none of my curves will print,except for BO prints,Any ideas on how to solve /troubleshoot would be appreciated.

Using QTR and QTR print tool ,Mac 10.8.5 MIS eboni 6 pre-loaded carts.
