20 ml syringe, B-D brand (Becton Dickinson &Co), with Luer-Lok, part #
309661. Give that info to a good pharmacy/ hospital supply
(hhhmmm considering the size, maybe a vet supply<g>). I got them from
a local pharmacy that had a good stock of stuff for about 65 cents
each. Strangely, they didn't have the needle in stock, I would have
had to special order a minimum of 100 for a total of $25.00.

Yes. I don't like the fact that there is no feedback with a light that
blinks or something, that resetting has finished sucessfully. Another
chip resetter, I think on the We-Ink site(or mediastret?) has one with
a light which resets the chip before it is installed on cart- I'm not
sure I like this though, as goofing around with a screwdriver to
install might mess up the reset(?).

I only had a problem once with the QB7. The k cart didn't take the
reset, maybe because I touched the contacts one time too many, the
Epson driver went weird when it read it, and the software reset app
available at present through MIS didn't work either, as it hung. I had
to remove cart and quickly use the QB7 again.
