@Elliot Puritz I just went through a similar problem with my 3800. What you can do is take a well worn but clean T-Shirt or a lint free cloth such as a PEC pad and lightly wet it with some Windex. While pressing the paper eject button hold the wet cloth on the top roller in the throat of the sheet feeder and let the Windex remove the glaze from the rubber. Repeating this cycle several times will clean the lower rubber roller as well. After cleaning test the paper feed from the sheet feeder first to see if the paper flows through the paper transport smoothly. If it does you are done. Follow up with a nozzle check to double check the viability of the printer. If that passes use one of your reject sheets to print an image from the rear feed, hopefully you will be good to go. There is also a product called Rubber Rejuvenator which you can purchase from Amazon for about $10. This will help maintain the aging rubber. Good luck, Don Bryant
