Folks, I just wanted to take a moment to tell everyone that I spoke with Bob Zeiss at MIS regarding a few complaints that people had about MIS not responding to emails. Bob said he feels absolutely awful about the situation. He is responding to a huge backlog of email as fast as he can. MIS is a small company that is trying to respond to everyone's issues. He intends to hire someone to help out just as soon as he can. He asks that everyone please understand and he promises to get a response to each and every email as soon as he can. Bob did not want to come aboard and offer his apologies for fear of opening a huge thread and getting inundated and still further behind with emails. He appreciates everyones business and is doing all he can to develop new inks, colors, and products to make the digital srtist and photographer more productive and creative.
