Digital BW, The Print

I use the Paul's curves and his workflow.What  I see is a soft gray scale on my screen until I load the curves then I see some strips and
these strips are printed on the paper.
No Bill, I don't print a step wedge.

Can you post ALL of your settings. Every single one you use. It will be helpful in diagnosing
the trouble. I use the same setup and get NO
banding or posterization at all.
