Digital BW, The Print

I think Dan Margulis book is a need-to reading. Though primarily directed to
color work,the general concepts are put in a way you won't find anywhere
else. There's only one about BW conversion from color,but it's very
enlightining...

become a better quadtone printer?
I remember reading once on this list about Photoshop for
Photographers, I don't remember the Author.
