Hi Never had a problem with them but… I'm glad that I ordered a pint of K ink plus the base needed to feed my 1430. I'm in Canada and, aside that fact that there is a premium going from USPS to Canada Post (I'm not leaving out the exchange rate!), and the delivery was about two weeks.
