Thanks for your insight (as always) and I know you have a long history with them. However, I run a small business myself and paying attention to my customers is job one as they say. MIS continues to send me automated advertising but no responses to my multiple pleas...via email or phone. Can't image doing business with them going forward. I certainly advise others to be cautious, too.
So the open question for me, now, is where to go from here? I had the opportunity to spend a couple days with a master printer this past weekend, using K3 inks and a variety of Hahnemuhle, Canson & Epson papers. I have to say, the results were pretty nice. I hate to give up my beloved 1400 (it's my second) but maybe it's time to move on?
Again, can anyone suggest a next step up Epson printer that would allow the use of K3 inks?
