Yes, MIS Eboni v. 1.1 is 100% carbon (with clear base and dispersant, of course, but no color pigments or dyes) and known by the supplier as WJ1082. The dilutions are the same as the original Eboni-6, though with modern printers, I have tended to move away from the 2% -- really quite a bit more dilute than needed these days.
