Paul,
No disrespect intended here, but relative to this thread, which by the way, I did not start, I think you must have access to a phone number or email address for MIS the rest of the world does not have. I have made dozens of phone calls (not one was ever answered, nor was a single one returned). My unshipped order placed the first week of February continues to remain in my account as an open order (indicating only 'payment received' as it has done ever since I placed it). I also started communications online which were met by ridiculously profound silence. In the couple of instances where I did finally receive a response, they were crazy off topic. I have a complete record of those unanswered posts and the few off topic answers. I also have a complete record of when I paid for the unshipped order at the beginning of February, and the date it was finally credited back this month. Furthermore, I never received any indication that credit would have happened had I not opened a Paypal case and/or called the fraud division of my credit card. It was only within one day of the latter that I received my credit. But, as I stated a few days ago, I do not know what action—simply waiting a long time, the Paypal case, or the fraud complaint, was the trigger. But anyway you try to explain this, and again, no disrespect intended because certainly my complaint is not with anyone here, I cannot imagine what a "rational response" to that lack of customer service from MIS could be.
