The 1430 with the glossy carbon beta 1 inkset got through my 2 week vacation idle time with a perfect nozzle check. For me, that is the green light to go ahead with this project using the materials noted in http://www.paulroark.com/BW-Info/Glossy-Carbon-Variable-Tone.pdf (still at the May 2 version).
