I have followed the several threads regarding members' problems experienced with ink supply.com (MIS) orders. So when I recently needed to order some Eboni 1.1 and the PK ink from the EZ B&W I was apprehensive. But there being no reasonable alternative, I went ahead and placed my order on 8/1/16. I received an acknowledgment email on the same day and an email that the order had been shipped on 8/12/16. A tracking number was included, but I didn't use it. I also received an email from Norton Shopping Guarantee on 8/1/16 stating that the order was covered by their program. Below is a link to a description of the program. The inks I ordered arrived today, so just a little over 2 weeks from placing the order. So it appears that ink supply.com (MIS) is making some efforts to improve their service. I also received a discount on the order and free shipping - I don't know how long those will last. I'm posting this to give credit where it appears to be due.
