Tim,
I just received a sample of a canvas (for inkjet) from Brightcube (photoinkjet.com). It is really smooth and tests acid free with my ph pen. I mention this because the canvas is "real" canvas and not a paper that has a canvas texture. The canvas is coated with an inkjet receptive coating and is much smoother than any pre-coated canvas I have seen before. Surprisingly smooth! Yet the canvas "texture" is there but subtle.
They also have a premium canvas called "Arno."
I have not tested it yet with inksets, but think it is a very nice product to consider. It is also very "flat" so it could be mounted like a paper too and you could promote your prints as being made on "real canvas."
I am going to use my sample with my PiezoColor inks and may post results later.

Subject: [Digital BW] re: Hahnemuhle canvas
Hello All,
I am going to turn some of my images into digital watercolor and want
to print to a canvas or linen inkjet paper. Has anyone used a canvas
or linen paper in this manner or such a paper they liked as a
straight print? My site is www.portraitsofnature.net, there you can
see some of the images I'm talking about turning into watercolors.
Your help would be most appreciated. Thank you.
Regards
Tim
