I have purchased 'print tool' software, however the advanced printer settings (colour matching and printer settings) do not appear in the drop down dialogue. I read all your notes on printing using the print tool and am aspiring to print to a exhibition standard.
I am using Canson Platine Fibre rag and have downloaded the generic profile for this media using the Epson P800 and have tried this work flow as well with no avail. I also tried Light room and PS and the advanced Epson Driver settings are not available there either.
Could you provide me with a solution to this?
