Ed, Are you missing lines in the pattern or are they just fuzzy? What ink are you using? May be time to let it sit overnight or for several hours. Clogs are often just small air bubbles that need time to work their way out. Sometimes you can only do so much with multiple nozzle cleaning routines. If it doesn't clear after 5 or 6 let it sit awhile. Beyond that there are more drastic measures which you can find described in the archives or check the MIS site.
