Final Cut Pro and probably Adobe After Effects can be programmed to scan and
zoom into a high res scan and render it into digital video. Moving table
may not be required. While I'm not a pro editor or effects person, I did
use Final Cut Pro to pan and reposition images for flip books that I print
on my 1200. This would be on topic, but I print them in color, sorry. The
flipbook software does not use the piezo driver so I'm left to the color
inks. Hey, but I could desaturate!
