Someone who may be interested in purchasing some of my pictures wanted to know ALL about the process and although I could tell her the inks are carbon pigment not dyes (and about my 'customised 1160 and my 100% cotton rag paper) - I couldn't answer much more when she said - what are "carbons" + "pigments" 7 how are they made. She has some knowledge about a color process also called carbon pigment and that led to further confusion. If anyone can provide some detail or can point to an article or web site, I'd be grateful. thanks, frankg btw - on these yahoo groups is there a way to mark a thread you're interested in following ?
