Digital BW, The Print

Hi, 
Is there anyone that has the design (layout) for the density strip 
for a DTP series densitometer? My system is Windows,  the software 
that came with the densitometer is for Mac. Not good for me. The 
manual describes a layout, but it is not very clear, no diagram!
I would appreciate any help.
