You really don't need any serious adjustments...once you have it 
working, you will work a little differently with it... 

It sounds to me like you haven't flushed all the piezo inks from your 
carts or heads?

If you are using carts, try a few cycles with cleaning carts.

If you are using CIS, did you replace the cart? If not see the post I 
made about 20 minutes ago to another piezo ink refugee... I strongly 
advise you to change the carts (only $39 and worth it for the work 
you'll save and to know it's right).

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
