Scott- You really don't need any serious adjustments...once you have it working, you will work a little differently with it... It sounds to me like you haven't flushed all the piezo inks from your carts or heads? If you are using carts, try a few cycles with cleaning carts. If you are using CIS, did you replace the cart? If not see the post I made about 20 minutes ago to another piezo ink refugee... I strongly advise you to change the carts (only $39 and worth it for the work you'll save and to know it's right).
