Digital BW, The Print

Hi, I'm new at this and would like some advice from you. I want to start printing b&w and color fine art photographic prints. 

What dou you think is the best setup (printer, inks, papers, etc.) to achieve this in a not too expensive way (not necessarily the cheapest) but with excellent results.

 I dont intend to do a huge volume of printing but I want to replace my wet darkroom and still produce high quality professional prints.
