Inks: Generations 4 from Media Street for archival color inks, at

MIS Archival Hextone black inks (black & White prints)

Get the MIS VM inkset if you like cool tones, or the FS inks if you like
warm tones. With the VM inks you can print anywhere from very cold tones
to warm tones, by using one of Paul Roark's Curves.  The FS inks are
more neutral.

Papers: (Listed in order of the deepest blacks to the least deep black.

1. Any Hahnemuhle paper gives the deepest blacks you can get.

Some of the Best:

Photo Rag 308, Torchon, German Etching, William Turner, Albrecht Durer.
or their rebranded names, available at http://www.mediastreet.com under
their house brand. Any paper with "Royal" in the name is a hahnemuhle paper.

Torchon = Royal Riviera. Royal Plush = William Turner, etc.

2. Epson Archival Matte and Epson Watercolor gives the next deepest
black. Very close to the Hahnemuhle papers.
  
3. Legion's Photo Matte paper; extremely white, and good blacks, but
quite as good as the first two.

4. Eclipse Satine, Beautiful pure white watercolor paper; you can print
on either side, one side is smooth, one has texture, blacks not as good
as the first 3, but close.
