The approximate FS/Piezo densities are 100%, 83%, 50%, & 33%.

(This is using my "color test" curve in an 1160 and scanning with settings
that were not quite linear.  I'm converting to densitometry and
black-cart/black-ink-only printing to get these variables out of the way.)

The corresponding quad (1160 & 3000) densities for the VM inks are 100%,
83%, 38% & 41% (toner).
