Sprays don't work like the brushed/rolled coatings. I've never seen one of them that made the print look better...they seem to just sink into the matte papers instead of sit on top. In contrast they work well on gloss papers. What was the "finish" of the spray...you want something that is gloss (not semi-gloss or satin).
