Version D has been optimized for the reformulated (Jan 2002) FS 
inkset.  

John Woolf's comments on the MIS workflow pages are based on the old 
curves.  There was a significant difference in the curves for the old 
and new FS inkset.  To check this out, compare the version C and D 
tables in the workflow documents.
