Digital BW, The Print

Could anyone give me some reason why or why not to go with XP instead of
windows 2000?  I am using XP now and I have a hard tme making things work
for it (mostly driver issues), but I am getting a new box and would like to
just use win 2000 if there are not any major draw backs for digital
printing.  I use 2000 all day at work and I like it a lot better then XP
even though XP is supposed to be built on the same kernal...who knows.  I'll
be using a nikon scanner, and epson printers with photoshop 6 or 7.  OT
resposes welcome, any information would be great, thanks.
