I'm using the MIS variable mix quadtones on an Epson 1200 with Epson archival matte. I use the Roark workflow and Photoshop curves that are available from the MIS website. The output is, to put it mildly, extraordinary, and the variable inkset allows for considerable control over the tonal quality of the print--from quite "cool" to warm. The Roark workflow and the .acv files are at: http://www.inksupply.com/index.cfm?source=html/workflow_roark.html I'd love to be able to compare what I'm getting to the Cone piezeography output. Anyone interested in swapping prints?
