In terms of quality of transformation, all methods are identical. This is because the third party tools like Bibble and BreezeBrowser use the Canon SDK to do the actual conversion. The advantage of the third party tools is higher speed compared to the Canon tools, although Canon have begun to strike back with a new tool called the Raw File Converter.
