OOOOOPPPPS - Clarifying that... you need to get at the print head, shift it over tha blackage any which way you can, and then get at the wiper. All this will be easier with the case off. Four screws and you're in... but it's not impossible with the case on. You won't even need to move the print head if you use a screw-driver blade to move the wiper... but you better be sure you have the power off [ ;) ] and that you don't poke the wrong thing.
