Digital BW, The Print

I would like to commend Kami and Brightcube on packaging.

I had ordered 17x22 in softwhite along with some other paper.
It was delayed in coming so I inquired via phone and followed up via 
email when I got concerned about my deadline.  My email was responded 
to and acted upon.

Since the 17x22 was back ordered for the time being and I am trying 
to finish up for the panoramic exchange I went with the mat board 
sheet size of the softwhite.

THIS is where my PRAISE comes in.  Sheets can often be damaged in 
shipping...the packaging in this case was superior!  Well supported, 
protected & acted upon quickly from my email, with a follow up (by 
them) on the phone to make sure there was no error in the orders.

Only Legion Paper has matched the quality of packaging of large 
quantities (several hundred sheets) of paper to what Brightcube sent 
me.  Many thanks.
