Digital BW, The Print

Help, I just installed a new CIS System using the MIS VM ink. 
Everything worked except the black. Getting almost nothing, small 1/4 
in line on bottom. Tried 3 cleaning cycles, let it sit several hours 
and finally let it sit onernight, same results. Anubody have any 
other ideas for me?
