I answered a few weeks ago with a trick. If you have an extra set of EZ plugs, in addition to the ones that you put in the bottom of cart, then do this (the second set of plugs can be cracked, not the right cart style, etc- but you must have enough of the metal spikes to account for each of your colors/k): Clamp off one color's tubing. Remove the tubing from the bottle. Rinse the tubing under warm water, cleaning off the ink and more importantly, softening the tubing end. After about a minute or two you will be able to insert a metal post from an EZ-Plug into the tubing end, and push it on. Remove clamp. Put a bottle cap with no holes in it on the bottle, to seal it. Then clamp off the next tube and repeat, etc. Shipping the bottles taped to the bottle rack is a neat idea. To remove the EZ posts from the tubing rinse under warm warm again, or simply cut off tubing end.
