I scan a lot of T-Max 100 in 120 with my Sprintscan 120 and have never seen any newton rings using my standard glassless carrier. But I don't quite understand how would you got newton rings with a glassless carrier in the first place? I thought the idea of a glass carrier was to keep the film flat, and the newton rings were a product of light going through the glass--Enter the need for Anti-Newton, glass. If you're getting newton rings with the anti- newton ring glass holder, then maybe Polaroid should change the name to just newton ring holder. BTW, What is Polaroid charging for this glass film holder? Bruce McElhaney McElhaney Portrait Studio Livonia, MI
