Digital BW, The Print

I'm using the MIS prefilled carts for the 1280 and the Cone driver. 
There is a light band at the very end of each print, like the printer 
didn't get all the data. The print kind of "fades" off the page. It 
is at the very end of each print, and happens as the print is 
finishing up. Any ideas whats causing this? Or better yet, a fix. 
Printing on Epson Archival Matte, 8 1/2 x 11 paper with a 5 x 7 
image. Thanks in advance.
