As a general rule, I think Digital inkjet prints are much better than darkroom prints in shadow detail, highlight detail, sharpness and wide tonal scale. They still don't "Look" like a darkroom print. No paper available to inkjet papers looks exactly like a darkroom print. Can't understand what the reason for this is. You'd think that by now paper manufacturers could make such a paper. Once behind glass, you can't tell them apart though.
