Digital BW, The Print

I have been using an epson 1270 with Lyson quad black inks on 
german etching board (watercolor paper) and want to start using 
them as final prints for my portrait clients.  I've read claims that 
with these Lysonic inks and the right papers, that they will last 80 
years. I have two questions:  First, is it safe to be selling these to 
clients who up to now have been buying fiber based prints from 
me? Second, I would like to  branch into selling color prints on 
this same paper, and wondered what the best inks and printers 
are for that. I've had my eye on the new up coming Epson 2200, 
but haven't actually seen print samples.
