Alessandro,

This is obvious but, strictly in terms of dpi 35mm film @ 4000 dpi should 
yield a 24 megapixel (72mb 8-bit file) image.  A 2450 scan of a 6x6 at 2400 
dpi will give you 32 megapixels (96 mb 8-bit file).  So all else equal you 
should easily get as good as or better quality from the flatbed scan of the 
medium format neg.

It goes without saying that all things are not equal, however.  There are 
too many other factors involved to make a definitive statement on your 
particular situation.  But, as Alan suggests, I would think you would be 
"very pleased" with the scans.
