Martin,
as I reported before, 
I have never had any SERIOUS clogging problems,
 neither with Piezo carts on my 3000, nor with CIS (MIS FS or MIS 
VM) on my smaller desktop printers.  My MAJOR clogging 
problem on my 7500 (which is a dedicated PIGMENT-printer) 
appeared one week and a lot of prints after having switched from 
MIS VM to MIS FS in order to use the IP4 RIP on the LF printer. I 
purged the printer with aqua des before switching, and during 
one week everything seemed to be  just fine, until ... yes, until 
this cloggs from hell appeared. 
I use custom filled/refilled carts I shoud admit. Maybe something 
was wrong with my filling method. I ´m not sure that I should 
blame the ink (just to be fair).
