True. I thought we all were in agreement by then g2.2 does not map as well to sRGB as AdobeRGB, I was interested in exploring the bit depth/dither thing. Another point is if you do your conversion last, so that you will not be applying a tortuous tonal adjustment after conversion, dither, or not, will likely make no difference.
