Have been using some heavy coated paper...Hahnemule Photo Rag 308 in the 1270 with MIS inksets. After the first cartridge went through, it seems the platen or whatever the intake wheels are called is starting to slip and I have to take each sheet and give it a nudge to go through. I suspect that the culprit is the coating put on the paper to keep the ink from soaking in. Any suggestions on how to clean the paper intake mechanism and wheels to get it back going again on it's own? I set the paper setting to + (plus) to allow for this thick paper.
