Its available in a large can for about $5 from many art supply stores (e.g., Utrect, Pearl, etc.). I put down four light coats about 10-30 sec apart (depending on drying conditions). You need good ventilation. There is a large amount of information in the archives on gloss/semi-gloss papers and spraying. Search under the word gloss and brightcube.
